BWF/WAoS Athlete Certificate Scholarship – Deadline for Applications – 31 May 2024

The Badminton World Federation, in partnership with the World Academy of Sport (WAoS), has launched the scholarship programme for dual career young athletes.

‘Dual career’ athletes are athletes who have chosen a joint educational and elite sporting life. The programme aims to help them learn new skills that can improve their career opportunities, and in turn the communities around them.

Athlete Certificate

The Athlete Certificate is a combination of fun and creative online sessions. These are designed to educate athletes to become successful and knowledgeable in their sporting career. The online course is open to young athletes aged between 15 to 18 years old and can be completed within 4.5 hours.

All applicants will need to be in good standing with their Member Association.

The deadline for the applications is 31 May 2024.
