The BWF has been located in Malaysia since 2005. Lead by Thomas Lund, Secretary General, there are 50 staff organised into four key functional areas or department. The directors report to the Secretary General and manage their respective teams in their department – Events, Development, MarComms and Admin and Finance (including the Integrity Unit and Legal).
